Credit Packs (one-time)
Credit packs are optional and require an active subscription to purchase. Purchased credits never expire and are not lost when a subscription renews or is cancelled.

Unlimited PDF Export (one-time)
$11.99, charged once. Unlocks unlimited PDF downloads of your reports. This purchase is kept even if your subscription is cancelled. Fair-use limits apply.
How Billing Works
- You pay the trial price today and get immediate access for the trial period.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and the full price is charged to the payment method you used at signup.
- Your subscription then renews at that price every month or every week, depending on your plan, until you cancel.
Credits
Each search uses credits: a standard lookup costs 1 credit, and a deep enrichment costs 3 credits. Your plan’s credit allowance is renewed at the start of each billing period and does not carry over. Credits bought in a pack are separate and never expire.
If a data provider fails to return a result, the credits for that search are returned to your balance automatically.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your account settings, via the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by emailing [email protected]. No calls needed. Renewal stops immediately, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You can request a refund within 14 days of your transaction — see our Refund Policy.
